The Long Island Model magazine has been created to give Long Island models a place to be seen by photographers and small businesses...on Long Island. This magazine will be open for submissions from everyone over the age of 18. Submissions can come from photographers (with the model's consent) or from models (with the photographer's consent.)
______________________________________ Cut and paste the text below, fill out the info, send a link to your photos (if you need me to make you a Dropbox folder, let me know) and email to me at [email protected] (DMs will be ignored. Email is the only submission route.): Name and preferred stage name: Model email: Model Instagram: Photographer name and company name: Photographer Instagram: Where did this shoot happen? Is there anything else you want us to know/print about you? (Keep this under 5 lines.) (Optional.) _______________________________ Be careful of spelling, we cut and paste the information from that form. You are responsible for spelling and all facts. We are only accepting photos that are professionally shot. 300dpi or better is preferred (we will only use 300dpi photos for covers). No watermarks or logos. If you would prefer to create your own layout, you must email me for specs! ([email protected] - DMs will be ignored.) You can send me your BTS videos of your photoshoots as teasers for your features! Photoshoots must be photographed with models who work on Long Island. This is not a judgement on anyone's lifestyle or choices, but we are not accepting photos that are sexual in nature, show nudity, portray the models as victims, political statements, are sacrilegious, or are just distasteful and cringe inducing. *If your pictures have appeared in another magazine, that is ok if it is ok with that magazine to republish. Typically it is 6 months after the initial publishing. *Deliver the photos by using a reliable delivery system. Dropbox works. WeTransfer works. If I have to work to get your photos, you are doing it wrong. :) *You may publish in each issue if you wish | There is no cost to submit photos. *Covers will be decided upon by a professional photographer who wishes to remain anonymous at this time. DO NOT ask us if you can have the cover. Just. Don't. *This magazine will run on a rolling deadline. When we fill 24 pages, we will publish. *Each model's feature will be shared on our Instagram page. You must repost from our IG page on your page or story, be sure to tag @thelongislandmodel and we will share as well.
